Plan, manage, and adjust the daily workload and staffing requirements. Ensure shift/daily/weekly workload planning and volume forecasting routines are accomplished (i.e., staffing, equipment, space). Run daily planning meetings with Operations and the PM team to determine the work schedule based on customer orders and the availability of raw materials, feeder, and production capacity. Adjust plans and schedules to meet changing circumstances. Provide a professional environment with relation to external/internal customers such as warehouse/office associates, vendors and customer representatives. Organize and lead the focus on improved productivity levels in a manner that first stresses effectiveness by improving processes and secondly stresses the efficiency of associate work. Participate in the collection of performance measurements consistent with customer, vendor, and site requirements. Participate in the completion of workshop action plans, LEAN activities and best practice sharing/implementation. \n\n Required Education and Experience \n\n Associate degree or high school equivalent, required 1-3 years of experience in industry 2+ years of experience of relevant experience, required \n\nOur Organization is an equal opportunity employer.
