Clinic Manager
Description✓Would you like to work for a market leading luxury indulgence clinic? Do you have experience in providing outstanding customer service to a range of high profile clients? Are you an experienced manager with at least 5 years in the luxury market sector?

✓Hooray are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a discreet, luxury indulgence clinic, to assist in the recruitment for a Clinic Manager to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

✓As a Clinic Manager you will:
✓Manage and support the client coordinator to ensure exceptional service from booking, to client support and aftercare
✓Manage and support the team of dermal therapists to ensure exceptional levels of service
✓Liaise with clinic suppliers, building maintenance, and cleaning to ensure a consistency of standards
✓Manage all aspects of HR, staff development and performance, as well as conducting annual appraisals and training
✓Provide clinic management and sales reports to the Directors and establish relationships across all teams
✓To be successful as a Clinic Manager you will:
✓Have a proven track record in clinic management, ideally within the luxury market sector
✓Have previous line management responsibilities
✓Be able to provide evidence of an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in dermal therapy as a minimum
✓Be a real people person and have a proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
✓In return, my client is offering an annual salary of £38,000.
