About the role As the Head of Mobile (Leisure and Tourism), you will be accountable for delivering the vision for our Secret Stories product, creating and running the strategy to deliver a scalable business. The successful person will lead the Secret Stories squad to develop new business opportunities and maximising revenue, profitability, and growth targets in line with the wider Consumer strategy. You will be a member of the Senior Leadership team of the consumer business unit. The Head of Mobile (Leisure and Tourism), will be responsible for: Articulating of the Secret Stories vision into a clear strategy, with accountability for delivery of the P&L performance and business objectives scaling the business rapidly Leading all aspects of the Secret Stories squad including new opportunity development, customer acquisition and retention, customer service and all promotional activities Implementing the agreed Secret Stories strategy via the designated squad and optimal use of the matrix structure, managing a significant investment budget Working with Expert Functions across marketing, product and technology and hold them accountable for agreed deliverables. Identify, engage and influencing key stakeholders, driving relationships and collaborations to ensure Secret Stories projects are prioritised and delivered Building the squad / team capability and capacity to execute the strategy Creating and embed a high performance-oriented team with a culture of personal accountability, collaboration, and shared success with an absolute focus on customer Define and communicating market requirements to direct product development and pricing strategies to satisfy customer and business needs Playing an active role within the Senior Leadership team and working beyond designated squad to help achieve over-arching business goals / objectives Supporting the building of a global brand presence leveraging and enhancing the reputation of OS Supporting the identification and management of the necessary key third party suppliers and partners to execute the strategy Championing compliance of all policy & process and the Health and Safety of the team What we’re looking for: Proven dynamic mobile application business leader who can drive the rapid expansion of the business Experience of developing or been heavily involved in a mobile app start up business Strong mobile app delivery experience Strong marketing and customer background Demonstrable prior experience of designing and implementing a growth strategy in a related business Established leader of individuals, teams and track record of delivery through matrix and expert function delivery teams Proven track record in sales growth, business development, delivering commercial results and building a high-performance commercial team Thought leader Inspirational and credible leader with a proven background in creating and implementing long term, growth strategies and translating these into actionable plans and roadmaps to deliver the growth of profitable businesses.
