Commercial Insurance Account Handler

The role:
You will be working in the commercial team, servicing both SME and commercial clients across a wide range of industries. You will be responsible for dealing with existing client enquiries, new business quotations, handling mid-term adjustments and policy renewals. You will be expected to play a part in managing and growing the book of business by identifying opportunities to cross-sell and to promote other products that the company can offer.
What is needed for you to be considered?
* It is essential that you have at least 3 years experience in a similar commercial insurance account handling or account executive role
* A strong grounding and general knowledge of commercial lines business
* Good organisational, customer service and negotiation skills
* Pro-active and professional approach with a desire to develop your insurance career
* Enthusiastic and self-motivated
* Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* CII qualified or progression towards is favourable, although not mandatory
