You will be based between our Baker Street head office and the relevant country offices, so it is important that you are able to work independently and be happy to travel. You will be involved in all aspects of the sales process of country properties, including assisting with pitches, liaising with photographers, drawing up sales particulars, marketing, generating and conducting viewings, negotiating offers and helping manage the conveyancing progress through to completion. The ability to build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality and trust with clients, both international and domestic, as well as working closely with members of other departments, will be essential. We are looking for a confident and persuasive individual who has prior experience working as a Negotiator or within a similar client facing role.
