Our client is currently seeking a talented Court of Protection Executive to take on an existing caseload as well as dealing with new work that is coming into the department. The ideal candidate will have experience of handling Court of Protection matters and be able to progress their own matters with minimal supervision.
• Managing client’s affairs on behalf of the named deputy(s) and professional attorneys
• New applications to the court
• Supervising an assistant
• Undertaking research
• Managing straightforward and complex cases
• Carrying out local home visits and taking appointments at other offices if required
• Solicitors or legal executives with at least one year’s PQE
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure
• Dedicated to professional development
• Provide a professional and personable approach and be able to appropriately deal with challenging clients
