Reward and Compensation Manager - Lead


We are currently seeking a compensation strategist to lead our Compensation and Benefits teams and partner with key stakeholders to build and implement a world-class Total Rewards Program for our employees. The successful candidate will use a proactive and innovative approach to ensure that our rewards are competitive, drive business results, are aligned with our culture, and are understood and valued by our employees. Must be both a strategic leader and hands-on contributor who is passionate about how compensation and benefits directly impact the employee experience. This person will also have deep experience in Executive Compensation programs, designing and owning them, preferably with pre-IPO experience. What you need to achieve Partner with Finance and HR colleagues to advise the business helping to ensure that Revolut remains at the forefront of practice on compensation issues Provide counsel to HR professionals and business managers about compensation decisions; interpret and apply policies, often in complex situations Help to design and implement overall comp strategy for clients, and influencing / articulating to senior management Provide strategic support, partnership, and recommendations of appropriate compensation structure for various projects Provide end-to-end annual compensation planning and administration support for the business Develop a comprehensive understanding of business issues and priorities; effectively analyze and diagnose issues; provide clear advice and recommendations to help partners make informed and sound comp-related decisions. Review and approval of offer packages to ensure competitiveness and compliance with corporate governance guidelines Participate in compensation surveys; perform independent analysis of internal and external benchmarking data to support compensation needs. Investigate and communicate compensation best practices Actively participate and/or lead life of business-wide projects Leverage firm-wide resources to achieve desired outcomes efficiently and with consistency across lines of business, where appropriate Support the discussion surrounding the evolving regulatory environment and its impact on compensation practices and helps design and implement revised policies and procedures as appropriate What you'll be doing Comprehensive strategy for Total Rewards aimed at attracting and retaining world-class talent in a competitive environment and across business entities, territories and teams Effective rewards programs aligned with our business and talent strategies and market trends; make recommendations for changes, as appropriate Step-by-step communication plan of compensation, benefits and wellness programs to achieve employee awareness, understanding and appreciation of the programs offered Increased retention of the strong performers in the company (above the current state) Ensure all programs are administered in compliance with regulations nationally. This includes management of all compliance filings, reports, and audits related to the administration of employee compensation programs either directly or through vendor/partners Provide end-to-end annual compensation planning and administration support for the business Prepare materials for Remuneration Committee and Board of Directors WHAT YOU'll NEED 6+ years relative HR and/or compensation experience Prior experience in technology, preferable financial or fintech, is required Strong analytical, mathematical, and data/information management skills Proven consulting skills; ability to drive business goals through HR / Compensation strategies and to address issues / devise solutions with creativity and innovation Ability to work collaboratively and to cultivate and sustain strong partnerships with internal and external clients and colleagues Experience in and understanding of business-aligned incentive plans / plan design Strong planning and project management skills Exceptional systems skills; Business Objects and Web intelligence / Desktop Intelligence skills preferred. Advanced MS Excel skills required.
