The Compensation Analyst will research job requirements and evaluate job positions, s, and ensure the company is competitive in the areas of salaries design, competitive variable pay and incentive compensation and employee benefits programs to maximize employee recruitment, retention, and performance, and the organization’s profitability. This is a remote position for a US Company that will be focused on the IT industry in Poland, where we are opening an office and for remote positions throughout the world.
Prepares and maintains s for each position in the organization; ensures descriptions accurately reflect the work being performed by incumbents.
Participates in the development of career planning and compensation strategy.
Develop the organization’s compensation and incentive plans with the goal of implementing a consistently competitive and effective compensation structure for the company.
Collects and analyzes data on the organization’s current compensation and incentive plans; compares this data to comparable plans and programs offered by competitors, similar companies in the industry, and similar companies in the geographic area.
Interviews and surveys employees and managers to gather and document job, organizational, and occupational information, including duties, responsibilities, and skills required by each job.
Benchmarks jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges for each position.
Prepares and presents summary reports of job analysis and compensation analysis information.
Gathers data from market-based compensation surveys; uses spreadsheet and data analysis techniques to assess results and market trends.
Evaluates and implements job analysis instruments and materials.
Maintains an attitude and philosophy consistent with the company’s standards.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field required.
Five years’ experience as Compensation Analyst required.
Excellent interpersonal, counseling, and negotiation skills.
Extensive knowledge of compensation strategies and incentive programs.
Extensive knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
Extensive knowledge of human resource laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
