IT Team Leader – Tooling & Monitoring – Warwickshire – Permanent Have you got experience of leading and developing tooling and monitoring functions? Are you confident managing a team of Support Engineers and Performance Analysts? Are you experienced using tools to predict issues before they become user impacting? If so this could be your new role! Responsibilities: Lead, facilitate, advise and support staff using appropriate IT expertise in order to verify and validate technical solutions and IT deliverables in line with IT quality standards and good practice. Plan, review, implement and evaluate activities within area of responsibility in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders that are aligned to agreed resources and Group IT processes, SLAs, KPIs and/or objectives. Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and outsourced service providers Skills Required: Meaningful relevant and demonstrable experience in managing teams/projects in an IT environment. Experience in an Insurance, investments and pensions environment (desirable).
