WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Our full fibre infrastructure is transforming cities, powering innovation and speeding up Britain. We’re looking for a confident and organised Project Coordinator to work alongside the Build Manager and Project Manager, playing a crucial, hands-on role in delivering Fibre To The Home rollouts across the City. You’ll have a complete overview of each project, including activity, risks and costs, flagging any potential issues and driving improvements to our processes, helping us deliver fibre faster and more efficiently. You will also;
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Assist the Project Manager to define the project scope, activities and dates
Coordinate project activities by working with all internal and external facing stakeholders
Build successful relationships with all stakeholders
Report project progress, status, costs and risk to PMO in a regular and timely manner
Execute mitigation plans to minimise project risks and reporting on the status when required
Report changes to the project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques
Monitor the workflow management system, Depotnet
Maintain and interrogate the Salesforce CRM System and ensure property release sheets have been verified against the as built data
Flag areas for cost improvement and potential project benefits realisations
Maintain the contractor metric capture for weekly reporting
Create and maintain in-city reports
Attend and write up the minutes for regular meetings
WHAT WILL YOU BRING?
You will have a proven track record in coordinating large scale complex projects in a B2B environment, excellent organisational skills and the ability to liaise with people at all levels. You will also need;

Salary: £30,000 - £37,000
