The Trust also has active relationships with Southampton University and St Loyes.Information, Management & Technology (IM&T) has been undergoing major restructuring over the past 18 months and IM&T Projects & Programmes now requires a Programme Support Officer to assist in its operation.Reporting to the Senior Project Analyst, the role will support various programme planning and assurance functions. Key tasks will include:Populating and updating the programme management plan with information taken from Project Highlight ReportsClarifying information with project management teams or key stakeholdersCommunicating programme management information via the Trust intranet and other channelsArranging meetings and documenting actionsContributing and maintaining programme relevant programme documentation Risk & Issue RegistersThe successful candidate would also be expected to support project activities on a flexible basis when required. The candidate will need to be familiar with project management methodologies e.g. Prince 2 and have good knowledge of MS office ideally including MS Project. It would be beneficial to have experience of working in the health sector, preferably in the NHS, with experience in a community and/or mental health setting.
