We are currently seeking a highly competent Technical Product Manager to join our global BXB Digital team.  As the Product Manager, you will serve as a liaison between business-, technology- and the implementation teams to facilitate new solution development. This role directly interfaces with engineering, QA and operations experts to represent the voice of the customer/user and is responsible for defining, documenting, and clearly articulating requirements to the delivery team.

Major / Key Accountabilities  

  • Assist in defining product features, documenting product requirements and collaborating with technology teams to drive product feature implementation
  • Manage and drive software/hardware milestone tracking and implementation, dependency mapping, and schedule maintenance. 
  • Interface with customers to understand and analyze customer needs, synthesize requirements, and drive execution towards the successful delivery of technology solutions.
  • Work with software and hardware counterparts to plan and implement tech roadmaps.
  • Drive sprints for software releases – triaging and prioritizing to better enable longer-term work completion along with shorter-term priorities.
  • Drive software analytics/metrics efforts, ensuring we track the right things and that all audiences can quickly comprehend our progress.
  • Aid in and conduct user acceptance testing

Our Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Technical Product Management and/or Software Engineering.
  • Agile development environments experience as a product owner/scrum master.
  • Strong communication skills to tightly link all involved units and stakeholders during the definition, development, and rollout processes
  • Experience in Supply Chain and/or IoT solution offerings is a plus

Your expertise entails:

  • Technical Expertise – Depth in enterprise software and/or SaaS offerings
  • Teamwork – Work well with development and implementation teams through design, test, release, and rollout
  • Being a Customer Advocate – develop close relationships to understand user needs, existing pain points, and opportunities for improvements.
  • Communications skills – Ability to communicate product vision; explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience
  • Creativity – Ability to work creatively in a manner that produces measurable business results.
