Having just moved into BRAND NEW offices, it’s a brilliant time to join this growing independent software company.

As the Product Specialist, you will be the first point of contact, assisting customers with technical evaluations until the sale of the product is finalised. You will provide customers and clients with product demo’s and webinars. You will provide feedback and requests of the product features to the Product Owner. You will attend conferences occasionally which may include travel inside and outside of the UK.

The hours of work for this position are 03:00am until 11:30am.

Requirements of the Product Specialist include:

• Experience or working knowledge of SAAS or cloud-based products
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Around 1 years experience within a similar role (may suit someone who is working in an IT support role, looking to move into more of a sales role)

Salary: up to £30,000 per annum depending on experience, with a 15% bonus.

Location: Farnborough, Hampshire
