The opportunity for youAn opportunity has become available within our Marketing & Communications Team for a Product Executive. Purpose of role To help manage the development, life-cycle management and delivery of new and in-life products and services through the value proposition. To manage the end-to-end delivery of our benchmarking survey products working with our members, key suppliers and Client Relationship Directors to ensure they are delivered successfully to requirements. To help develop, deliver and review The Institute’s accreditation, standards and quality frameworks for new and existing products and services. Support end-to end delivery of our new and in-life product portfolio and develop to deliver improvements in how they are delivered. To support the Marketing & Communications Team with a range of activities relating to product marketing and internal communications relating to products and services. What we are looking for: Knowledge: An awareness of product management and product marketing techniques, including product launch, development, marketing automation & driving product engagement. Planning and implementation of effective product launches on time and within budget A good working knowledge of product management Excellent communication skills in English to produce concise and impactful marketing copy and internal communications (verbal and written) Excellent attention to detail to maintain product and standards documentation Highly organised Ability to analyse and interpret data to provide tangible outputs Able to manage changing requirements as well as multiple overlapping projects at one time Delivers to time and budget in line with project management principles Strong commercial acumen IT skills: skilled in use of hubspot or similar digital marketing platforms, basic Adobe CC, SQL and HTML skills an advantage Microsoft competency levels: Advanced Word, PowerPoint and Excel Attitudes (essential): Lives The Institute’s values High integrity Proactive and solution-oriented Experience (essential) At least 3 years’ experience in a Marketing B2B or B2C environment, with at least 2 years’ Product experience Briefing and managing suppliers Education and Professional Qualifications (essential) Educated to degree level or above Minimum GCSE at C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths Note: Occasional evening work and travel to other locations will be necessary for business reasons Benefits: We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and investment in your personal development.
