Group Digital Product Manager London/Remote £Competitive Digital, UX, Agile Group Digital Product Manager is required by highly buoyant financial services organisation based in the heart of the City. Leading a team of 6, you will be working with international teams across the Group and be responsible for creating a digital proposition for clients, across the Group's brands. Defining digital customer trends to grow the customer share and pinpoint new market and product opportunities. Manage and further develop the digital strategy, in conjunction with the IT and technology strategy and roadmap that supports global and local objectives, whilst aligning with existing technology initiatives to move towards a connected ecosystem. Work with the business to establish an innovative, digitally-driven, client-centric culture. Key Responsibilities: Define, prioritise and maintain the product roadmap, working closely with the Product Owner who will refine the product backlog and work with the technical team to implement Implement and report on critical metrics for digital channels to support regional marketing and sales objectives Analyse data and analytics insights to design, manage and optimise the digital customer experience through a 'test and learn' approach, identifying new opportunities for product development Deliver a personalised online experience for greater engagement and to maximise digital sales leads opportunities through up-sell/cross-sell Maximise brand visibility through SEO and increased organic site traffic Break down silos and eliminate waste by streamlining team and product processes and removing duplication through better communication and collaboration Handle third parties, agencies and contractors Balance marketing, technology, analytics and experimentation at all times Key Requirements: Significant experience developing a digital strategy within an enterprise level organisation Significant experience leading a digital team Demonstrable experience running the full development cycle of a product, from requirements through to QA and testing User-focused individual with a customer first approach, balanced with a strong commercial awareness Previous experience working as a team leader or line manager Experience of journey mapping and User Experience (UX) and design Good all-round digital experience, including awareness of best practices and standards such as accessibility, usability, SEO and other web standards Experience of working in Agile and running Scrum teams Prior experience working with international brands with translation requirements Desire to innovate, develop skills and be curious about new digital technologies and trends Proficient in the use of digital tools and interpreting data to turn it into meaningful insight to improve the customer experience Driving content experiences rather than traditional pages For a full consultation on this role please email your CV to Arc IT Recruitment ASAP.
