It is key that you are able to create great internal and external relationships, are strong at project management and have a positive attitude when faced with difficult situations. \n \n Some of your responsibilities & core duties will be: \n Delivering projects on time, on budget and to a standard of service that exceeds client expectations Impeccable technical knowledge of our product and its capabilities Analysing Client needs to determine the most appropriate implementation and launch plan Creating tailored implementation plans & Gantt charts to present at sales pitches and during the implementation process Managing project planning and delivering the implementation of new client programmes Attending client sites for meetings as required Liaising with PMU for special projects Training the Engagement Specialist in all facets of client business and requirements Briefing the Client Support team Acting as Client champion in Reward Gateway Developing product knowledge Anticipating and handling Client enquiries efficiently Managing positive relationships internally and externally Ensuring customer database (Salesforce) is accurate and up to date Dealing with on the spot change requests \n \n The qualifications and skills you will have: \n Proven successful client-facing and project management experience Account Management experience with exposure to sales an advantage Proven successful experience liaising with Senior HR Executives Successful experience in B2B environment 100% focus on Client satisfaction Flexible with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Superb organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent product knowledge Planning and project management skills Presentation skills The ability to react and respond quickly and effectively Experience using CRM an advantage Numerate and able to understand a financial argument Practical, level headed and ability to prioritise Adept at building rapport and dealing confidently with senior stakeholder Great at building internal and external relationships \n \n The interview process: \n Telephone Interview with our recruitment team Video interview with our hiring team Take Home Assessment Final video interview with your line manager and a senior member of the Sales team \n \nWe may ask for feedback during or after your application process so if that sounds good to you and you feel you are a good match to what we are looking for, we would love to hear from you! \n \n Be comfortable.
