In this role you will be involved in: Driving the pharmacy sector training and recommendation agenda both internally within RB sales teams and externally with key HCPs and industry stakeholders. Developing and delivery of a UK wide pharmacy training, digital training i.e. webinars and F2F seminar program for pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and Pharmacy assistant. Working with our key trading partners to identify the key initiatives to drive the Healthcare agenda for both RB and our customers. Key Interfaces with: Supporting the RB OTC Field Sales Team with training requirements, seeking new ways of upskilling the team Working with internal brand teams in monthly campaign planning meetings, advising and adding value to material development for OTC field sales team Taking a pro-active role in operations meetings for planning of territory sales teams training and detailing strategy Working closely with the Professional Relations Team on other internal and external training initiatives providing support Working with National Account Managers to deliver training to key National Accounts Working with Brand/Category Managers in the development of training materials in line with business objectives and priorities Responsible to ensure all training materials are submitted and approved for delivery to working closely with our internal Regulatory team Equality RB is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other basis protected by appropriate law.
