Organisational Effectiveness Lead


Are you an experienced HR data and analytics professional looking for an exciting opportunity to join a global organisation with real purpose?  If so, this Organisational Effectiveness Lead position could be a great role to explore!  As Organisational Effectiveness Lead, you will be accountable for consulting with the Pharma Commercial business, SVP Pharma HR and the Pharma Commercial HR Leadership to identify ways to improve the overall effectiveness of the organisation to enable delivery of GSK Innovation, Performance and Trust (IPT) priorities. You will be a specialist in Digital, Data and Analytics (DDA), with strong organisational behaviour, change and development capability. You will use data insights to identify issues, diagnose and provide solutions as an expert and thought partner. Key to the success of this role is partnership internally and externally. You will bring the Pharma Commercial HR Team together with the HR DDA team in the CoE to drive people insight and solutions in the context of the business, creating a “moments that matter” mindset and consumer grade employee experience. You will combine your knowledge of external research and innovative best practice with your understanding of GSK and Pharma Commercial strategy and context to identify enterprise wide opportunities and challenges, developing appropriate approaches and implementation standards for use across the business. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.  These responsibilities include some of the following: Accountable for leveraging internal and external insight and best practice to ensure an effective and high performing Pharma Commercial organisation, utilising best in class DDA lead workforce insights to create a consumer grade employee experience. Pharma Commercial HR’s data champion, with strong understanding of GSK and the Pharma Commercial business to utilise digital insights in the context of the organisation. Accountable for bringing pragmatic, simple and predictive solutions focused on the business and performance. Internally, a key connection between the Pharma Commercial HR team and the CoE HR DDA team. Consulting with leaders across the Pharma Commercial organisation and championing the offering of the HR DDA team, to build forward looking digital insights to diagnose issues, inform people strategy and drive business performance. Externally, leveraging best practices and bringing innovative leading-edge methods and trends that enable leaders to fully engage their people to improve organisational performance. Perform diagnosis of people behaviour, systems and change to advise on interventions and approaches that will create the required business change or improve performance. Pull through and drive CoE owned Modern Employer / employee experience initiatives with a Pharma Commercial lens. Building Pharma Commercial HR capability; coaching and enabling the team to be as fast and proactive as the business we support, with a “moments that matter” consumer grade employee experience mindset. Partners with the Talent and I&D Lead for Pharma Commercial to develop forward thinking, data led workforce planning to build and buy future business capabilities. Supporting leaders in managing complex change, ensuring leadership alignment and effectiveness and bringing interventions that improve the alignment and effectiveness of senior leadership teams. Provide in the moment coaching and feedback to leaders and leadership teams in order to improve leadership effectiveness and build engagement. Leader of the Learning Team – which has accountability for diagnosing the learning need, driving utilisation of the global learning programmes, designing and delivering Pharma Commercial specific programmes and maintaining governance over technical and leadership learning owned by learning teams in the business. Interface for outsourced Organisational Design activity where required to support business change. Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Undergraduate degree or professional certification in related discipline (e.g., Psychology, Behavioural Sciences, Organisational Behaviour, Leadership, Management) or equivalent experience. Significant experience in DDA, organisational behaviour, employee experience, change and development. Experience of operating in an international, world-class global company, working across different countries and cultures with a diverse range of populations. Significant experience in Human Resources/ Consultancy, DDA Insights, Employee Experience Strong business acumen.  Ability to employ a variety of approaches; agile, flexible and adaptable to situations. Demonstrated learning agility and organisational skills, with the ability to deal with complexity in a fast-paced working environment. Desire for excellence, striving for constant improvement and increased efficiency, with a proven track record of project delivery. Strong consulting and relationship building and communication skills, to work across different cultures and ability to adjust to different approaches Self-starter and natural drive to implement and see follow through on commitments.
