Organisational Development Practitioner

An exciting opportunity has arrived for an Organisational Development Practitioner who will work initially for six months supporting the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Lead.

The Equality, Diversity and Inclusion function in the Trust is an important and growing area of our work. This position provides the successful candidate the opportunity to assist and lead in the delivery of our inclusion strategy and wider equality objectives. Whilst we expect the successful applicant to have a basic awareness of the Equality Act 2010, this position provides an excellent opportunity for the person to develop and grow into an equality, diversity and inclusion role.

The work of equality, diversity and inclusion in the Trust relates to patients, service users and our staff. Through a wide range of interventions, the equality, diversity and inclusion function of the Trust, seeks to ensure our services are delivered in a fair and equitable manner.

We are seeking applicants who are passionate about equality, diversity and inclusion; who wish to work actively to remove discrimination, to advance equality of opportunity and to ensure we foster good relations with a wide range of people and community groups from across Lincolnshire.

This is a fixed-term post for 18 months.
