What will you be doing? As the Senior Organisation Design Manager you will lead organisational design & change/transformation activities, partnering closely with our analytics function, to drive simplicity, accountability and effectiveness across Vodafone UK and Group entities where applicable. You will also partner closely with Group Organisation Design specialists to help design/influence global operating model design principles as well as global methodologies, process, toolkits etc. Key accountabilities include: Accountable for designing and recommending operating model designs for strategic initiatives (e.g. Data, Digital, New Product Development), across Vodafone UK ensuring end to end delivery of effective and efficient customer experience, product and services and appropriate support processes etc. Assure the delivery of operating model and organisational designs that span multiple functions across Vodafone UK; is the expert on OD for singular function operating model redesign Partner closely with People Analytics experts to identify opportunities for organisational efficiency, and work in collaboration with Heads of HR and functional teams to deliver Provide organisational design expertise and coaching to senior and middle management business and HR colleagues as needed Own & lead the design of Organisational Design methodologies / best practices, working in close collaboration with Group OD Who are we looking for? Significant Organisational Design experience deployed in large complex organisations CIPD or similar professional qualifications Impact and influence – ability to influence executive level directors working across the organisation both within the UK, within Group and across local markets Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking – credibility in expertise Very strong communication skills – verbal and written – simple style Coaching – ability to coach and work collaboratively with business and HR colleagues What’s in it for you?
