We are seeking to recruit a truly exceptional Leadership Development Programme Owner to be part of our story, creating and delivering award-winning learning for leaders and managers working in high growth startups and corporates.
You are equally passionate about the cutting edge of people development, pushing the boundaries of learning design, technology and delivering business outcomes.
This is intended to be a full time role, but there is opportunity for it to be (min) 3 days per week / with flexibility for the right candidate / circumstances.
Based in London, we help companies disrupt industries by developing the mindset and skillset of the leaders and teams behind the business. Leveraging our network of world class coach-mentors, startup best practice (learned the hard way) and our incredible team, we help startups, scaleups, and the corporates that they disrupt to build leadership capability, innovate and grow rapidly. We are thrilled to have worked with the likes of Monzo, Thought Machine and Checkout.com and corporates including Unilever, The Guardian and Cancer Research UK.
