We are seeking to recruit a truly exceptional Leadership Development Programme Owner to be part of our story, creating and delivering award-winning learning for leaders and managers working in high growth startups and corporates.

You are equally passionate about the cutting edge of people development, pushing the boundaries of learning design, technology and delivering business outcomes.

This is intended to be a full time role, but there is opportunity for it to be (min) 3 days per week / with flexibility for the right candidate / circumstances.

Requirements

Experience:

  • At least five years experience designing, developing, facilitating and managing global learning programmes in leadership, management and communication skills with flawless execution at scale.
  • Designing online / self-paced learning programmes, using the latest technologies for online virtual delivery, social and group-based learning.
  • Implementing global programmes including scheduling across timezones, managing blended learning experiences (live sessions and self-paced), and large scale virtual events.
  • Consulting, partnering and managing relationships with senior stakeholder

Skills:

  • Brilliant content designer – can identify learning needs, translate into clear learning objectives, craft compelling experiences for learners.
  • Highly skilled facilitator – adept at delivering engaging learning experiences both in person and virtually, skilled at using Zoom/other VC platforms, and can train other facilitators.
  • Excellent communicator – self aware with high emotional intelligence, highly skilled in managing relationships with senior stakeholders, able to clearly set expectations and manage challenging conversations.
  • Creative problem solver – prepared to work in a scrappy, fast-paced environment, generate creative solutions and navigate ambiguity.
  • Takes ownership – takes the initiative to solve problems, make decisions and drive projects forward with accountability for results.
  • Highly skilled project manager – close attention to detail when it comes scheduling, defining deliverables, planning, defining roles and responsibilities, coordinating between different team members to deliver brilliant results on time.
  • Design thinking / lean startup / human-centered design / innovation knowledge: proven experience designing, iterating and learning from failure are all key to what we do. (desirable)

The benefits will be commensurate with experience

  • Maximum Salary : £70,000
