Associate Director, Organisational Performance Associate Director, Organisational Performance London As an Associate Director within our Organisational Performance Practice at Kantar Consulting, you will help businesses position themselves more effectively for growth through blended learning methods and creating a world-class strategy that allows them to better understand the landscape they operate in. We are looking for a highly talented, experienced sales professional with a passion for people and capability development – to independently lead high profile projects with global clients. The right candidate will ideally come from a client-side background where they will have excelled in a variety of commercial/ sales roles. They will have significant experience of sales ‘fundamentals’, as well as a background in delivering internal training to more junior team members. KEY OUTCOMES Lead high profile client engagements with global clients Manage project teams, helping us to deliver to time, quality and budget successfully. This will also involve ‘hands-on’ project work as well as delivering via the work of others, and planning and coordinating resource. Contribute to the winning of new projects with clients. This includes writing and pricing proposals and attending client pitches Help us to develop and refine our consulting solutions and client offerings, ensuring we are offering innovative and useful products. Build excellent client relationships up to C-level, establishing yourself as a credible expert in Organisational Performance CAPABILITIES Excellent client consultation and stakeholder management skills Experience of planning and delivering projects across the whole lifecycle, from scoping to execution and evaluation The ability to manage resources and project teams successfully, motivating and inspiring others to achieve success. Subject matter expertise in the following areas, Selling and negotiation, National Account Management, Net revenue management (NRM)/ managing for profit, Go to market/ distributor management Expertise in developing and/or delivering learning is highly desirable.
