OH Medical is currently seeking a Head of Operations to join our client that specialises within the Occupational Health sector. This is a full-time, permanent vacancy located in Liverpool, however, you will be required to travel throughout the UK on an occasional basis.
The Head of Operations will ideally have the following attributes:
Previous experience working at a Senior Operations Management level within Occupational Health or Medical Services company
Have excellent senior leadership skills
Previous experience working on tender writing and business services development
Significant experience of on-boarding and implementing a new client
Project Management experience
Enthusiastic and motivated with a strong "can do" attitude that replicates your own desire to succeed
Ensuring compliance with the contract
Excellent account management/customer relationship skills
Be based within commuting distance of the Liverpool office
The Head of Operations role will involve:
Leading the development of the occupational health, training and HR services
Managing the tender process
Driving continuous improvement and productivity in the on-boarding process
Reviewing contracts and ensuring regular monitoring and compliance
Developing a high performing team and helping to develop overall processes too
Ensuring delivery of the strategic plan is met against targets
Improving customer experience
Input to service development
Ability to troubleshoot
Salary:
The salary for this vacancy will be £45,000 - £55,000 per annum + Benefits
