My client is looking for an enthusiastic Employee Relations Service Manager to join their busy team based in Milton Keynes for a period of 6 months. As the Employee Relations Service Manager you will manage the contractual performance and business relationship on behalf of Network Rail with our internal and external third party service providers to optimise the efficiency, effectiveness and economy of the service and relationship described by the contract. In particular, HRSS and employee relations service providers. To provide an Employee Relations service for escalated and complex cases through a team of Employee Relations Advisers.
