You must have FS experience and an understanding of FS regulations such as SMCR. Morgan McKinley is working with a brilliant Finance Firm to find an experinced HR & Recruitment Generalsit. The role will be to provide a full range of generalist HR & recruitment support to employees in the UK office as they prepare to go through a period of growth. This is an urgent position and you need to be available on short notice (under 2 weeks) Essential qualifications & experience Has good knowledge of HR & Recruitment best practice and legal requirements Must have experince working in an Banking, Fintech or Asset Managment sectors. Must have an understanding of financial sector reporting and regualtions: SMCR, PRA & FCA CIPD qualification desirable Key Responsibilities Resourcing: Assist in the delivery of a high quality end to end recruitment service for all levels of recruiting, via internal and external channels, including interviewing, onboarding and contract paperwork. Employee relations: Run end to end casework, partnernering with managers and coacjhing them around early intervensiuons. Guide and coach managers on relevant HR policy and legislation. Manage redundancy meetings, consultation and redeployment. Career development: Lead the annual training needs analysis and propose a local training offering to meet relevant requirements.
