As the HR Administrator on a 6-month contract, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running and support of a busy Human Resources Team, currently consisting of 4 individuals. Ideally, we are looking for an individual to be working 3 days per week, however there could be flexibility on this depending on the candidate. The HR Administrator will be supporting across all areas of the department and will offer the opportunity to work from home where a site presence is not required. Activities/Responsibilities of the HR Administrator; Recruitment Admin - developing internal adverts, arranging interviews, set up of psychometrics, regrets etc. New starter admin - Arranging and attending (to escort only) pre employment medicals, collating references, right to work checks, ensuring all paperwork in place such as bank details, personal details, set up of Human Resources folders Recognition admin - arranging vouchers, issuing information to Managers, putting information into standard letter template Projects such as moving to e-payslips - helping to coordinate consent forms Letters HR Administrator will be required to assist with ad hoc tasks and support the Human Resources Business PartnersTo be successful in this position as HR Administrator it is essential to have a high attention to detail whilst being able to work in a fast-paced environment. The HR Administrator will also spend some time working from home and therefore working under your own initiative is essential in order to effectively support the Human Resources Team. This HR Administrator position is a contract role for 6 months and offers the opportunity to work for a key manufacturing company, supplying chemicals into the pharmaceutical sector amongst others.
