To be successful as a service manager you’ll need:
As the service manager you will be required to undertake the management of your team in supporting people with varied challenging behavior’s.
Ensuring your team will Seek out opportunities to help residents develop skills and confidence.
Friendly and with the ability to work alone and as part of our team.
Be committed to quality assurance, and to provide the highest quality of care.
Will require DBS check.
Effectively lead and inspire your team to provide person centred support and care.
Previous managerial experience in a similar role
Strong working knowledge of regulatory standards
Fine tuned decision making skills
Excellent organisational skills
Good communication skills
Flexibility and a strong “can do” attitude.
Self-motivated, organised, flexible and helpful.
