The successful candidate will cover a regional territory and also look after a team of 3 and could live in the North West, Yorkshire, Midlands or the South East.THE ROLE: As Senior Account Manager / Team Leader, the successful candidate will enjoy a hybrid role, managing a territory and heading up a team of 3 with a great product / solution to sell. Time will be split between account management and business development within NHS and private hospitals. A hands-on, consultative and varied role and customer contact level will be within sterile services, infection control, theatre, IT, endoscopy and procurement, liaising with department managers, clinical staff and purchasing / procurement heads. Candidates must have field sales experience selling something technical into the NHS and a working IT and / or sterile services or Infection control knowledge will enhance your application, as will mentoring or management experience.
