We are currently recruiting foran Imaging Services Managerto join our expanding PET-CT team in Nottingham.

InHealth are providers of diagnostic and healthcare services to the NHS and Private providers. Through our range of Radiology Services, Pathway Services and Screening Services, we see more than 2 million patients a year across the UK.

Our primary goal is to Make Healthcare Better by providing rapid and accurate assessment of every patient’s condition, enabling the right treatment to be delivered swiftly and effectively by specialist providers.

As one of the UK’s leading experts in the provision of PET-CT solutions, we are experienced in providing patients with accessible, modern and efficient scans when and where they are needed, linking results and reports to the relevant cancer network. The Nottingham PET-CT department receives referrals from across East Midlands, scanning patients from the surrounding NHS Trusts. InHealth have worked in collaboration with Nottingham University Hospital since 2006 to provide PET-CT imaging. Enjoying a fantastic partnership, continuing to increase access to PET-CT scanning and enhance the patient pathway, for NHS patients and Research.

What does being an Imaging Services Manager involve?

This role is37.5 hoursper weekworking Monday – Sunday as per local rota (predominantly Monday – Friday).

As an Imaging Services Manager at InHealth, you will lead and develop a team to deliver a high-quality imaging service to both patients and referrers, ensuring proactive management of audits and delivery of contract performance indicators managing the business operation in a manner which maximises commercial success.

We really want to hear from individuals who:

  • Have a demonstrable appreciation of patient care and confidentiality
  • Have the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
  • Understand the Implications of the Data Protection Act and Caldicott Principles
  • Have experience working within a leadership role
  • Have experience working within a clinical environment
  • Have experience of contract management
  • Are competent working with Information Management systems
  • Have experience in People Management including managing sickness absence, performance management and recruitment and selection
