Ivy Recruitment is currently seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee a supported living service supporting 6 adult males with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge. The applicant will work closely with the Service Manager to oversee the day to day running of the service and attend appointments, plan keyworker meeting, organise events, review and plan support packages, administer meds, monitor daily logs and lead shifts.
Applicants must be flexible to cover the rota where necessary and so being a role model for person centred support is key as well.
Essential: experience supporting people with learning disabilities and complex needs, experience managing small to medium staff teams in a supported living or residential environment, hold a full valid driving licence and access to their own car for business use, flexible to work across a 7 day rota including admin duties and support shifts (earlies, lates, WN and sleep ins).
