The Role
We are looking for Specialist Clinical Pharmacists who will develop their knowledge and skills in medicine and surgery. As a specialist pharmacist you will be fully integrated within the multidisciplinary teams, working collaboratively with them to deliver the best care possible for patients at GEH and throughout the wider health community through effective communication with other colleagues and patients.
If you are someone who likes to improve systems and processes, is passionate about patient care and patient experience, shows compassion in all you do and enjoys being part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver the safe, efficient and cost-effective services that ensure excellent patient outcomes, you will be a perfect addition to the George Eliot family. The post will require the post holder to participate in a 7-day working programme, on a rota basis and our out of hours on-call service.
