What do we need from you so you can do the job? You will be a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) looking to develop your current skills in a unique and ever changing environment. You will have a passion for learning and development, as well as having the initiative to bring new ideas and opinions on how to improve the healthcare services.This is a leadership role and with your team leaders you will model a culture of compassion, care, courage, commitment, communication and competence. The role will include providing challenge, support and mentorship at point of delivery, drawing the best from our staff and improving the quality of care received at HMP Brixton. In return for your hard work you will... Receive an annual salary of up to £44,044 - depending on experience.
