The Norfolk and Waveney STP Clinical Education team are looking for an enthusiastic Registered Nurse who has substantial experience at Band 5 or above. The role will require you to be involved in the planning and implementation of placement expansion and coaching models in response to the varying needs of the workforce across the local system. In doing so you will need to work closely with all the organisations to ensure high quality education is delivered and maintained. In addition to the educational requirements, you will also be required to support the wider educational strategies, which at this current time includes fundamental and varying education developed in response to COVID-19. This includes but is not limited to skills, educational and pastoral support. You will be well supported in your new role and you will be equipped with the skills and confidence you require to be an effective clinical educator.
