You must be an excellent communicator and team worker and be confident in dealing with service consultants, postgraduate trainees, service leads and other mental health professionals, both in person and on the telephone. An ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritise your work load will also be essential. Finally, an understanding of confidentiality is crucial in this role.
