The role

Lewisham Legal Services are looking for an experienced planning lawyer with the enthusiasm and ability to manage a substantial caseload covering a full range of planning, highways and public law matters including negotiating planning and highways agreements, dealing with planning enforcement matters, attendance at committee and dealing with planning inquiries and appeals, together with occasional advocacy.

What we’re looking for

You will have significant planning experience preferably gained in a local government context. The ability to provide prompt and clear legal advice on planning issues to clients and members (including at committee) is essential. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with relevant experience to develop their career and to be involved in improving the fabric of the borough.

Salary details
