PE backed tech firm - 120 FTE - Global Head of HR - Reporting to C-Suite
A PE backed international payments business with offices in Europe, North America and Asia. They have a diversified customer base and have grown steadily to c100 FTE globally. As they embark on their next phase of growth, and second round of funding, they are investing in their people capability.
Reporting to c-suite, you will have responsibility for developing the global people agenda. You will work closely with SLT to establish the direction of the business and design and deliver a complimentary people agenda covering talent, coaching, OD, performance, reward and D&I. You will help to bring the international regions together, instil a collaborative culture and bring maturity to the HR offering. You will lead an international team of three HR generalists. You will be required to travel internationally c3 times per annum – when allowed.
You will be motivated to work in a role where you have autonomy and the chance to work closely with international business leaders. You will have a successful track record as a HR Leader in a high performing commercial business with driven, intelligent stakeholders, and be comfortable building relationships and influencing stakeholders. Technically you will be able to design and deliver strategy as well as deliver operational, hands on HR work and be well versed in all generalist matters.
Remuneration includes a base salary of £90,000 - £100,000.
