About the role
This is an exciting time to join the Welfare Reform & Tenancy Support Team.

The team work closely with other teams across the Council and with an established network of external partners and stakeholders to ensure that residents are well prepared and supported to manage the most significant changes in welfare benefits for a generation.
The successful applicant will work in a small Team of Welfare Reform & Tenancy Support Officers, who support Hillingdon residents who may be experiencing difficulty in sustaining their tenancy and require advice and support to avoid court action and possible homelessness. The team provide advice and information on welfare benefits, managing debt and housing alongside practical approaches to independent living.
