A top 100 Property and Construction consultancy based in Southwark are seeking a Project Manager to join their successful Project Management team. The successful Project Manager will be involved in a range of sectors and this is an excellent opportunity to diversify your sector experience and have clear career progression.

The Role

The successful Project Manager will be delivering specialist services across pre-contract management services. You will monitor and report on the contractors progress against the contract programme and carry out the employers' agent role.

The Person

As a Project Manager, you will ideally be MRICS or MAPM or working towards them. Or hold other relevant professional qualifications.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Construction related degree
• Construction Consultancy experience (build / refurb projects)
• Demonstrable experience delivering high value build projects on time to budget
• Client facing and driven to succeed
