Join our innovative Group Strategy team We operate at the heart of the strategic direction of our business. Our team is responsible for managing, planning and integrating the organization's efforts to achieve growth through strategic business development initiatives, both organic and inorganic across our entire portfolio. The Strategy & Business Development team will spearhead the transformation of Baker Hughes to becoming an Energy Technology company and define how we will contribute to the Energy Transition. Partner with the best The business transformation team will lead an agenda to develop and implement the future Operating Model for Baker Hughes. This will include elements such as the processes, governance, systems, tools, KPIs, organisational structure and capabilities required to deliver on our strategy and take energy forward. The Process Transformation Director role will play a key part in defining, developing and implementing these elements. As Process Transformation Director you will be responsible for: Applying expert knowledge of change management principles, processes, and tools to focus on driving financial and operational results globally Delivering lean, process and transformation expertise and enterprise KPI improvement in a matrix environment Leading analytical work and insight gathering to identify the best interventions to enable the Baker Hughes strategic transformation Designing, developing and leading the implementation of new processes, governance models, tools, systems, organisational structures and capabilities required to operationalize the Baker Hughes Strategy and new Operating Model. Acting as change agents for the new operating model, working with product companies and functions to articulate the vision and case for change for the future operating model. Supporting project managers and change management team to implement the transformation via elements such as projects, system changes, training / capability building, performance management, KPIs and incentives Supporting the wider Strategy agenda including Business Development (M&A) activity, M&A integrations and separations, ESG Reporting and compliance, Innovation, Offer Development, Energy Transition Incubation and Strategic Planning. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science Engineering or a relevant technical field Demonstrate considerable experience in the areas of strategy, transformation, target operating model design and implementation Have an ability to work within a matrix organizational environment and to interact with executives Show good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, effective problem-solving capability and capacity to influence Demonstrate Integrity: Accepting and adhering to high ethical, moral, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and when dealing with others; Be adaptable/flexible: open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to working in ambiguous situations; Be a clear thinker: make decisions with speed and accuracy based on best available information and communicating priorities clearly and concisely.
