Business Improvement Analyst (PROCESS IMPROVEMENT/ AGILE / BA)

A global leader in the music industry are currently looking to hire an experienced Business Improvement Analyst (PROCESS IMPROVEMENT/ AGILE / BA) to join their distribution team based in Central London.

The Business Improvement Analyst (PROCESS IMPROVEMENT/ AGILE / BA) will support operational delivery of distribution calculations, perform data reconciliation, analysis and issue resolution, create and maintain process documentation, ensuring it remains current and become a subject matter expert on distribution processes, systems and datasets.

Responsibilities for the Business Improvement Analyst (PROCESS IMPROVEMENT/ AGILE / BA)

  • Lead the review, analysis and improvement of business processes, working closely with business process owners and SMEs to enhance operational efficiency, agree changes, documenting/ mapping processes and gaining approval for changes from key stakeholders
  • Identify inter-dependencies between departments and/or processes and ensure process improvements enhance these
  • Play a lead role in quality management by working with business teams to perform quality assessments, supporting teams with the delivery of improvements where quality issues are found
  • Take responsibility for the use and upkeep of the Business Process Architecture
  • Manage the delivery of small cross-functional projects.

Requirements for the Business Improvement Analyst (PROCESS IMPROVEMENT/ AGILE / BA)

  • Have a clear understanding of the quality improvement activities that are ongoing or planned, offering support and guidance where required.
  • Work with business teams to perform quality assessments, supporting teams with delivering improvements where quality issues are found.
  • Deliver improvement projects and/or change work to agreed time, cost and quality criteria.
  • Deliver update reports for the relevant stakeholder groups to ensure progress is maintained, monitored and reported on in an accurate, timely and professional manner.
  • Deliver change plans and other documentation as required, this will include deciding on the correct documentation and agreeing this with relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage resource plans, working with technology and business stakeholders to ensure that key resources are available when required and supporting negotiations between stakeholders when conflicts arise to help ensure that the right capabilities are in place to deliver what is required.
  • Manage risks and issues to ensure projects keep to agreed time, cost and quality criteria.
