✓A respected company with a great range of cold storage products, looking for an enthusiastic person to join as Field Service Team Leader.

✓The Role:
✓* A Field Service Team Leader position where you will have a team of 3 engineers, plus yourself.
✓* You will be a split of working from the Head Office near Brackley, along with being out on the road for a couple of days a week.
✓* Managing the 3 service engineers, planning new installations, maintenance [PPM], along with any breakdown or unscheduled work requirements.
✓* Laboratory cold storage settings can be within clinical, pharmaceuticals, food & feed, along with academic settings.
✓* Days at Head Office will vary and be flexible to work demands and schedules, with some overnight stays away from home required.
✓* Installing and maintaining diagnostics equipment, electrical work as required, along with networking of the equipment.
✓* Full initial training will be provided with ongoing career development.
✓The Ideal Person:
✓* You will need a Field Service Engineer background, having worked on cold storage equipment, along with Team Leader / managerial experience.
✓* Experience working to ISO 17025 standards would be beneficial but it's not essential, full training provided.
✓* Anyone with suitable cold storage experience and having worked as a senior service engineer, team leader or mentor / trainer would be highly suitable for this role!
✓* A positive attitude and strong service engineering background are essential, you’ll be leading by example.
✓* Applicants must live in a commutable distance of Brackley, Northamptonshire.
✓* Full UK Driving Licence is essential
✓* Right to work in the UK is essential – no sponsorship available [sorry]
