The suitable candidate will work within the Talent Acquisition Team, and directly contribute to the end to end hiring of individuals across the Technology business whilst inputting into the wider Talent Acquisition strategy. This is a diverse role that will involve partnering with a variety of customers across the Technology business. Key Responsibilities Define and implement the most effective hiring strategy for each level of role within your business area, you will be accountable for the attraction, engagement, selection and offer management processes. Manage the end to end recruitment process, including writing s, selecting recruitment methods, advertising roles, screening CV's, conducting interviews, offer management and feedback ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding Work with relevant HR & Finance Partners to effectively map hiring forecasting and own resource plans. Ensure all offered candidates follow structured and evidence-based process to validate key skills, values, etc Working with the UK Recruitment Lead to understand roadmaps and plan recruitment activity accordingly Manage recruitment advertising across online platforms Proactively source talent for Just Eat by actively networking, headhunting and via referrals Accountable for accurate management reporting related to all recruitment activity and budgets for your business areas. In conjunction with TA Manager, track all recruitment costs, headcount approvals, replacements. Working alongside the TA Manager to ensure effective delivery of the workforce plan. Produce management reporting for your business areas and be able to make recommendations based on the data Manage the offer, onboarding and new starter process alongside the wider HR team Track recruitment and keep up to date records of activity on the candidate tracking system and produce regular and ad-hoc reports on recruitment activities and processes Continuously look for new and innovative ways to improve the recruitment process to adapt to growing business demands Lead on key projects within the Talent Acquisition team and as part of the wider HR Team In partnership with the Employer Brand & Employee Experience team, promote Just Eat Takeaway..com as an employer of choice Required skills and experience Your Profile & Experience The ability to communicate effectively and with confidence is key. You'll need to be comfortable leading meetings, and speaking with candidates and hiring managers up to C-Level Highly organised, with a natural sense of urgency and a keen eye for detail Results and metrics-driven but with a strong customer focus Must be able to develop strong relationships with key business partners, and be the recruitment expert for your area Demonstrable track record as a trusted advisor to hiring managers Ability to work autonomously with a sense of urgency Adaptability and flexibility in the workplace can respond well to change Creative, results-oriented and focused on building positive relationships Effective management skills including developing and mentoring Strong coaching, influencing and negotiating skills Happy to deal with ambiguity and fluid situations A champion of candidate experience Committed to high standards of delivery and continuous improvement An agile learner takes feedback on-board and develops as a result Proven recruitment experience in Technology (with some in house experience) Experience in recruiting for technology/engineering roles at scale Experience working in a stand-alone recruitment role in Technology with c.40 hires per year Proven experience of hiring senior-level roles (Heads of and Director level) Experience partnering with Directors and C-Suite Executives Experience improving diversity within a technology business Strong communication skills Experience of using an Applicant Tracking System Experience of managing multiple recruitment advertising campaigns including online job boards Experience of headhunting, market mapping and using a variety of search tools and methods Deep experience of sourcing for unique and competitive talent Experience running behavioural & competency-based interviews Why work at Just Eat Takeaway.com?
