Description✓Surface Mount Technician/ Operator
✓We are hiring Surface Mount Technician/ Operator for our client in Gloucestershire reporting to the Shop floor supervisor.
✓Salary from £10.42/hr or depending on skills/experience
✓Shift hours:Monday to Thursday
✓7:00AM to 3:30PM
✓Fridays
✓7:00AM till 12:30Noon
✓This is a Temp to Perm Role or straight permanent
✓Specific duties for Surface Mount Technician/ Operator
✓Support Surface Mount [ SMT] assembly line/equipment including programming, maintenance, equipment/software trouble shooting, and debug of new and existing production assembly programs
✓Ensure that new products flow smoothly through the SMT equipment following appropriate procedures
✓Perform failure analysis and/or root cause analysis of defects and/or field returns.
✓Perform inspection, corrective and preventive actions and other quality assurance related assignments to ensure that the SMT line is producing a high quality product.
✓Candidate for Surface Mount Technician/ Operator should have experience working in manufacturing setting
