✓To develop and support an in-house skillset to manage specialist equipment, namely [but not restricted to] Anaesthesia and Ventilator equipment
✓* To train if needed for first line support and mentor if required/needed identified site and field-based engineers to enable daily on-site repair, preventative maintenance and asset management of specialist medical devices within hospital locations.
✓* To travel as required and develop relationships with customer representatives in this specialist area, promoting confidence and competence in the management of these technologies.
✓* To develop and foster relationships with specialist medical device OEMs to enhance our ability to service these devices in-house with parts, training and interventions as required.
✓* To work with and support operational leaders and managers in achieving contract KPIs.
