Quality Manager

✓As a Quality Manager, you will lead the company's Quality Team and provide support and direction across the business for all aspects of product and process quality and continuous improvement
✓You will also have responsibility for the quality management systems that support the business and maintain compliance to quality standards.
✓In your first few weeks in this Quality Manager role, you can expect to:
✓Provide guidance and support to your team in gathering quality metrics and applying industry best practice techniques to improve the processes that underpin the high standards customers expect from products and services
✓Liaise and collaborate with all areas of the business to identify quality targets and support product development and continuous improvements
✓Engage and liaison with external suppliers and accreditors to assure quality of products and compliance
✓Handle and manage quality issues, overseeing internal and external liaison to implement timely root cause analysis, corrective and preventative action and reporting
✓To apply for this Quality Manager role, you will need a minimum HND in Electronic or mechanical engineering or 5 years of experience in a similar role
✓You will also require the following:
✓Certification/accreditation in a recognised quality standard [e.g IRCA Certified Auditor]
✓Proven knowledge of implementing quality standards with the latest ISO9001 standard and maintaining quality management systems
✓Experience in managing quality in an engineering-based or production-focused role and leading changes within an organisation to implement improvements
✓Expertise in using six sigma methodology and tools within a product development environment
