Junior Trace Heating Estimator
Description✓My client a friendly family run business in Norwich are looking for a Junior Trace Heating Estimator
✓PURPOSE OF ROLE
✓Prepare work to be estimated by gathering blueprints, proposals, specifications and related documents
✓Identify labour, material and time requirements, computes costs
✓This role has a responsibilty for both industrial and commercial Trace Heating and Leak Detection.
✓KEY DUTIES
✓Prepare work to be estimated by gathering proposals, drawings or technical diagrams and site visits.
✓Ensure an effective handover process from estimating to installation team on ordered projects.
✓Maintain an in depth knowledge of a high technical level of all products supplied by Nvent and Trace Heating Department
✓Maintain basic knowledge of competitors products
✓Develop rapport and relationships with clients via phone and face to face communications.
✓Proactively seek to ensure cost savings and efficiencies at all levels of the business.
✓Provide a timely and efficient response to all tender enquiries
✓Win new clients and business
✓Adhere to health and safety standards
✓EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
✓My client is looking for someone who has done basic estimating or has some kind of technical skill set that they can train in this role.
