✓Location: Luton / hybrid [hybrid after training period]
✓Reports to: Internal Sales Manager

✓Our team vision is to deliver customer experience focused results and technical sales support whilst diversifying, investing, and developing new technologies to automate processes, enabling more proactive sales activities in line with the business goals.
✓Role overview:
✓· First line of response on the inbound phone calls, acting as a company ambassador.
✓· Processing customer orders using in house systems,
✓· Managing all customer sales requests, queries, and enquiries,
✓· Processing customer orders, quotations, and enquiries.
✓· Comfortable multi-tasking typically switching quickly between email requests and answering calls.
✓· Reporting of issues to Internal Sales Manager ideally with a proposed solution.
✓· Supporting other colleagues with orders / calls / day to day activities.
✓· Work alongside marketing, technical, financial and logistics departments to ensure the smooth running of functions supporting the end-to-end process.
✓· Providing feedback, support, and updates for all Europa team members.
✓· Having an active input in the weekly team meetings.
✓Requirements for the role:
✓· Ability to work within an extremely busy sales environment with high levels of orders, phone calls and customer interaction whilst maintaining customer-centric mindset
✓Comfortable handling and de-escalating disputes.
✓· Must have a strong verbal and written English skills, logical working knowledge of IT systems and experience using ERP systems.
✓· Knowledge / appreciation of sales administration processes.
✓· Willing to work within a team environment, but also demonstrate the willingness to work alone as needed and take ownership.
✓· Experience of technical sales in an electrical or similar environment desirable.
✓· Positive, can-do and team orientated attitude even when under pressure.
✓· Eligibility to work in the UK, availability to commute to Luton HQ for training and meetings when requested, especially in probation period.

✓Salary for this role starts at £22,500 PA dependent upon experience

✓o 23 days paid holiday plus National Holidays
✓o After 3 full calendar years, an additional day is issued to a maximum of 30 days
✓o The option to purchase an additional 3 days, with payments taken directly from the salary over the period of the remaining months of the year

✓o Yearly profit share bonus scheme when set targets are achieved
