As an Industrial Engineer you will have the opportunity to pro-actively engage in activities such as:
Contribute to technical aspects of products related to production
Line support
Performance analysis and improvement
Ability to resolve significant % of product issues on shop floor
Input to line design / layout, tooling, capacity analysis, modelling/simulation
Input to process equipment and establishing and maintaining process capability
Support to MRBs, FRBs, failure investigations
Router adherence and maintenance, planning updates
Participating in continuous improvement activities to develop skills and competencies within Industrial Engineering and wider IPT
Providing design of product and / or processes within Industrial Engineering discipline, to ensure successful transfer to production where appropriate
Participating in the activities of a single engineering discipline, with awareness and integration of requirements for other engineering disciplines within the IPT
Resolving routine technical and delivery issues related to defined work package assignments, in accordance with IPT engineering plans and processes
Communicating non-routine technical and delivery issues related to defined work package assignments, for resolution by IPT engineering team or direct line management, and implementing guidance as directed
Completing engineering tasks to a satisfactory standard as set out by the work package manager
Being innovative in creating solutions within the IPT
Contributing to IPT decision making at engineering task level
