An opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic, innovative and highly motivated individual to take the lead role of a Resilience Training Coordinator who will be part of a wider team in School Public Health Service. This is an exciting new project working closely with our partner agency HeadStart Kent as a secondment/fixed term opportunity for 9 months.
The Resilience Training Coordinator will support with the coordination and delivery of the HeadStart training offer and the wider implementation of resilience conversations as part of the whole school approach to meeting the emotional health and wellbeing needs of children and young people across the county.
The post holder will champion the whole school approach and be able to deliver the resilience conversation training in schools and community settings. The successful applicant will respond to the emerging training needs to assist the wider children and families workforce with School Public Health to support the successful implementation of the whole school approach to resilience.
