Our Digital Workplace team are dynamic and enthusiastic. They design, develop and deliver solutions that enable employees to work efficiently and effectively leveraging easy to use unified communication and collaboration technology. As a Digital Workplace Business Analyst, you will focus on supporting the design, deployment and embedding of Workplace solutions that allows employees to work anywhere, anytime, from any device.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
As a Workplace Business Analyst, you will be responsible for getting to know our European business, understand their technology gaps and translating these business needs into IT requirements. You’ll be involved in all phases of the design, development and implementation of technology solutions throughout the business case and development life cycle process. To succeed in this Business System Analysts role, you will need to have robust business analysis and system analysis skills, combined with strong data interpretation capability alongside extensive stakeholder management ability. The ability to adhere to delivery governance, controls, methodologies and companies standards is essential. This includes but is not limited to:
